77 woman always nauseated, "sick", w/COPD

My 77 year old mother has COPD, and constant nausea and stomach pain. Nothing has been revealed in all scans and test. She did have a bladder infection, but since recovered. She says she is just "sick, sick," every day and takes phenergan and darvocet for pain. Has some constipation. I think she is depressed, too., but it is painful to see her. She doesn't lose weight, and absolutely hates to eat, but wakes up starving at 5 in the morning and must eat immediately. She has no gall bladder and only one kidney. It is really a strange deal. Wish i could help her, but doctors just shrug their shoulders. She is on oxygen, but her lungs are doing OK with little change. Does not smoke any longer.
