9 months of abdominal pain, still no diagnosis

Hoping someone else may have similar symptoms and be able to point me in the right direction for the next step, because my doctor has been all but useless. Symptoms have varied since starting so I'll try to cover everything by going chronologically. The most consistent symptom is persistent pain in upper abdomen, centered just below my ribcage but radiating in various directions at different times, most commonly to the back. It mainly feels like pressure, as if something is being squeezed there,  and I feel discomfort when pressure is placed anywhere on my abdomen - even bra straps and waistbands are highly uncomfortable. Pain level varies from around a 2 to 7-8 when it's severe but is never entirely gone. Eating too much at one time or not eating enough tend to exacerbate it (from change of pressure), but eating moderate amounts at regular times does not make it better or worse. Standing or sitting has no effect, nor does light activity like walking but anything strenuous (running, heavy lifting) exacerbates it.

Timeline:

December 2015 I came down with the flu or some similar crud going around; 2 weeks of sneezing, coughing my lungs up, general nastiness. When the other symptoms cleared up I still had a persistent band of pressure/discomfort around my midsection. Over the next month it became more and more painful so I finally went to the ER. Doctor was convinced that I just had severe heartburn or at most ulcers. Nothing relieved it except morphine so he sent me home with percocet and told me to follow up with a primary doctor.

After running blood and urine tests which were normal, primary started me on prilosec and ordered an abdominal ultrasound, which showed an enlarged spleen and possible abnormality with the gallbladder; HYDA scan was ordered as a followup which was entirely normal. Primary doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist (eventually.) During this time I had a period of roughly 10 days where I could hardly eat anything; I would feel hungry but after just a few bites I would feel full and nauseous. Also had a significant change in taste. This resolved without any obvious reason. I lost a few pounds during that time but otherwise my weight has been steady.

When I finally got an appointment with the gastroenterologist, she prescribed a higher dose of prilosec (just in case) and ordered an endoscopy, which showed no abnormalities, including the biposies taken. Next test was abdominal CT scan, which showed a possibility of superior messenteric artery syndrome. Upper abdominal scan with barium followed which did not confirm that diagnosis or show anything else unusual. Around this time I began experiencing infrequent but much more severe symptoms, which come on roughly an hour after waking up. Severe stabbing pain in my abdomen (rather than pressure), weakness and lightheadedness, nausea, heartburn. Comes on almost immediately rather than gradually like the more constant pain. Generally resolves in about an hour, but when describing to my doctor I couldn't recall whether I've taken percocet every time it happens or if it's resolved on its own some of the times.

Finally got a followup appointment with my gastro 2 weeks ago (2 months after the last test), and his only suggestion was to run another blood test since my pancreatic enzymes were slightly elevated at my first appointment back in June. Those have come down but my ALT is slightly high now (68), which was normal before. Waiting to hear if they have any plan now (could be a month or more before I get any answer out of them.)

Also, most likely unrelated but a few weeks ago I had severe uterine cramps with no bleeding, pregnancy and STD tests are negative so got referred to gynecologist - appointment is next week.

Does anyone have any ideas?? I'm going nuts with the stress of dealing with doctors and insurance on top of having the pain impact work and every day life. I'm also having a hard time managing the pain because percocet is the only thing that's been effective, and every doctor just wants to refer me to a pain management clinic but the only ones that take my insurance are hours away. I'm at the end of my rope.
