A Cure for Constipation

by salubrity, Jul 02, 2009 01:31PM
Is there a cure for constipation? YES YES YES, and it is called "Lepicol"
I've been constipated for over 14 years, due to the medication I take. I've tried everything available to try to relieve my constipation, and Lepicol, to my relief, HAS CURED MY CONSTIPATION.
Lepicol is made up of Psyllium Husks, and Prebiotics, and Probiotic Cultures. I have tried taking the Psyllium Husks separately which you can buy at health food stores and this DOES NOT WORK. So, the cure to my constipation is in the Prebiotic, and Probiotic cultures. It is classed as a food, and it is not digested into your system. The recommended dose is two heaped teaspoons with a glass a water or fruit juice, followed by another glass.
I take two heaped teaspoons, and mix this with a small amount of orange cordial, and then I add 1/3 of a litre of water. I do this 3 times a day, and this has CURED MY CONSTIPATION. This is a minor miracle for me.
Lepicol is known as Colon Clean in Poland and Bowel Biotics in Australia and New Zealand. The web site is lepicol.com and the site has lots of helpful advice.
I hope that this post will be helpful too.

Best Wishes. David.
