A cure for all these problems???

by Donald__0, Nov 09, 1998 12:00AM

I was recently made aware of a "digestive cleansing" program that was said to "cure all degestive ailments"!  this regimen is a natural system which entails the following parts
   1. A pill that has natural extracts said to kill all parasites in the
      digestive track (called paragone)
   2. A pill that has natural extracts said to controll digestive      enymes, keeping them in propper balance (called parazyme)
   3. A pill that has naturally occuring fiber said to create an      enviroment of normal digestive functoin (called fiber smart)
Again when taken together this regimen is touted to cure all intestinal deseases including colitis, IBS, and even colon cancer!  plese share your opinion on this system if you are at all aware of it.

Dear Donald,
Anything that sounds too good to be trued, usually is ( not true).  I can not comment on whether this combination improves functional symptoms, but I can tell you that the claims of removing all paraites is meaningless.
I do not think that this medication will do you any harmbut thereis no evidence in the medical literature to suggest any reason why it should make you feel better.
