Hello, I'm an 18 year old male around 6'3 203 pounds, also think I'm a bit of hypochondriac. For around a month and a half now I have been experiencing nausea almost every day but it has been becoming less and less frequent. about a month ago I have been having some odd bowel movements that never really happened before, like some were flat some weren't, one day it was very round but kind of thin, the next day it would be a bit looser, then the next day one would be normal shaped and the next ones would be smaller and flatter. But today I noticed some blood in my stool (or what I think is blood, some red line aprox. 3mm long) so I got a little worried that it might be something like colon cancer(my grandfather had it). Also, my stools have been alternating sometimes between loose stools and regular stool, and sometimes these little bubbles come out of them and stick to the side of the toilet or float up to the surface. In case this helps my girlfriend has been experiencing what she thinks is IBS, some foods make her colon go crazy and she needs to find a bathroom so I'm not sure if maybe she doesn't have IBS and I caught some weird bowel thing from her. Thanks for the help.
