ABDOMINAL SYMPTOMS

i hope y can help me.

i am 32.7 fem. for the past few months i have been experiencing foll :

1)abdominal fullness even though i don't eat that much
(i have to eat little at a time)

2) bloating, belching. sometimes flatulence

3)stomach craps which either result with bowel movements other times just go away.

4)sometimes nausea

5)sometimes heartburn

it's really worrying me.
