Imaging the pancreas can be done with a CT scan for further evaluation.
With the elevated white count, inflammation and infection needs to be ruled out elsewhere. Other GI causes would include the gallbladder - which can be evaluated with an ultrasound or CT scan. If there is suspicion about

Biliary atresia
Biliary obstruction - series
Biliary stricture
Biopsy - biliary tract
Gallbladder disease
Gallbladder radionuclide scan
Primary biliary cirrhosis duct blockage, an MRCP can be considered.
Low pancreatic enzyme levels in the setting of pancreatitis is atypical.
Another GI opinion can be sought.

Need help with a bowel Problem I have been having for the past 20yrs
I have Lower back and abdominal pain with this clear jell like secreation from my rectum
I had several blood tests which all were negative
the only bad blood test was my 2 liver enzymes were elevated I also suffer from panic attacks...
my question is could this clear jell like secreations be candaia or a intestnal parasite????
