Abdomen pain

I went to the ER yesterday cause I am having pain in my lower right abdomen I cant touch that area and when its pressed on it hurts really bad!. I go from severe constipation to diarrhea. They ran blood test and did a CT scan and didnt see anything wrong. I'm confused so I set up an appointment for this Friday with a Gastrologist. I have had a colonoscopy done in November. I have had a Total hysterectomy everything removed. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it might be??

so, youve had severe constipation?
wll then if you havent fully cleaned out yer bowels then it COULLLD be that your colons have streched out, bcause of the amount of stool in it, that mite be whats causing the pain, even if you take all these xrays nothing can been seen because of the poo .

Annd, you cant relle determine anything off of blood tests, urine tests, or those tests. I think itss constipation kciking in.

When I got my CT scan it shows no bowel obstruction, free air, or ascites. I got to keep the CT scan report to give to my gastrologist. They told me it wasnt constipation because the pain has been going on now for about 3 weeks.
