Abdominal Pain - With other symptoms for over a year

Hi,

I feel pain throughout my abdominal region all the time (worse at times). It feels like some kind of inflammation as the pain intensifies and feels bruised/inflamed when I press down.

The main point of pain when I press down is located 2 inches above my navel and slightly to my left. This point will always feel very inflamed and cause pain when i press down - This has been for over a year.

There are also visible signs of an internal problem - Redness/acne on face, arms, chest. Dark circles under my eyes which 'never' go away despite a clean diet and over 7 hours of sleep every night.

I don't consider myself to have IBS and have come back clear after an endoscopy.

I have also tested positively recently for cryptosporidium in a stool test (so unsure if a parasite problem is potentially an issue).
