Abdominal Pain, L-lower quad

I have had L-Lower Quad pain X 4 months, stabbing/Burning. have had , colonoscopy, Abd CT, U/S pelvic and Abd. ,BE. still no cause of the pain, nothing relieves the pain, Help? Should I under go a Exp. Laperotomy?

I have appointments to see my gynecologist to have a vaginal ultrasound next week and with a surgeon the week after as the pain radiates it seems in to my bowel.
Any suggestions?
