Abdominal Pain

I am 25 yrs old and 6 months ago had my third child. I have been having pain in stomach and not sure where it is coming from other than the right side. I have pain with intercoarse and pain in stomach that burns. It was all over my stomach and now it is mainly on the right side. At times it hurts so bad that i'm in tears! I feel like my ovaries hurt too! Could all this be related? I had an ultrasound of the top abdominal area and they found nothing wrong with my kidney(I've had to kidney stones) and nothing wrong with my pancreas. liver or gallbladder. I've had green stool with neon green muccus. I've had a problem with constipation for 4 yrs. I had an pelvic ultrasound as well as a transvaginal ultrasound done yesterday and haven't had results. I noticed on the ultrasound that the blood flow of the right and left ovaries looked different. One side had all blue area and I didn't hear any sound (RO) and on the left side there was alot of red and blue and did hear sound. Is there something wrong with that? I recently notice pain got so severe after eating bananas. I feel like I'm falling apart. Could all this be related? Please help.
