Abdominal/Pelvic Ct Scan

How reliable is it? Cna it detect Colon Cancer, does it see inside the colon?

It's not an entirely reliable test.  A lot of things can go missed on a CT scan, especially in the abdomen where not everything is easily visible.  As for it relating to colon cancer, it could probably catch something in extreme cases, but most likely, it's going to be unreliable in terms of catching colon cancer.  A colonoscopy is the way to go if you're worried about that particular diagnosis.
