Abdominal and back pain

Since March I have been having LLQ abdominal pain.  In April I went to the ER for it.  They were not sure what it was and sent me to follow up with a GI.  However, they did find a 3cm spot on my liver.  I have had colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, abdominal CT, Pelvic ultra sound, transvaginal ultrasound, and a nuclear liver scan.  Everything came back "negative".  However now the pain has gone through my stomach and is also in my back (both flanks)  and is severe.  It seems to be in a couple of quadrants at a time in my abdomen.  I am suppose to have a liver biopsy done, but the QUACK can't seem to get it scheduled.  I waited 3 wks for an appt. for him to tell me to get it done (he insisted on seeing me after the nuclear scan came back that it was not a hemangioma and would not just schedule the next round of tests), and now it has been 2 more weeks waiting.  I am transferring to a different dr.  In the mean time I can barely function.  I am exhausted and in excruciating pain.  Does anyone have any ideas about what could be my problem?  Also, the GI dr sent me to an GYN and she ruled out anything GYN related.
