Abdominal pain,bloating , tired

For the past month I have experienced URQ pain that radiates to my back after meals and that wakes me in the early mornings that last from 30 min to 5 hours.  Starts with burning and can go into severe cramping  I occasionally have a metallic sick taste in mouth. Have been extremely tired. Constipated with floating stools. Nausea can come over me  I have had a abdominal X-ray,ultra sound and cat scan and blood workmen. All came back normal. Need answers

Thank you very much for your advice. I will take it up with my dr June 10 when he gives the test results of the Endescopey   I am leaning at a disfunctional  gallbladder . The pain has let up alittle but still comes the same time every day. Looking so forward to a diagnose

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing fine.
Pain in right upper quadrant is usually suggestive of biliary origin. However, since ultrasound is normal it could possibly be a subtle acalculous gallbladder disease. The few possible causes of your symptoms are peptic ulcer disease, Type III sphincter of Oddi dysfunction , irritable bowel syndrome, choledocholithiasis and microlithiasis, pancreatobiliary neoplasia, and musculoskeletal pain. You may need additional tests like ERCP, Endoscopy. Did you get liver function tests, serum amylase and lipase done? See a gastroenterologist and discuss above mentioned possibilities. A thorough evaluation is necessary for correct diagnosis and treatment of your condition. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
