Abdominal pain nad nausea

I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease. I have been on a strict diet for about 9 months. About 30 - 45 minutes after I eat I have sever nausea and a pain in my right abdominal area.  I always have nausea and have no appetite. I have to force myself to eat  I have had been seeing a gastric specialist and have been put thorugh every test possible. The specialist  said that the celiac disease has disappeared but he cannot find anyting in the digestive system that could be causing my  nausea and pain.  Any suggestions or if not can you recommend a specialist at John Hopkins and or Clevelnad clinic so that I could get a second opinion.

I'm wondering if you have some other type of allergy or intolerance besides the celiac disease.  Have you had allergy tests done?  Have you tried removing all lactose from your diet?
