I had a party about 2.5 weeks ago where I consumed a large quantity of alcohol. I haven't had any alcohol since. But, for the past 2.5 weeks I felt uneasiness/pain in the upper part of my abdomen and sometimes on my right side. I thought than at this time the pain, if due to alcohol, would be gone, but I still feel the pain when I eat moderately unfatty foods (eg. carbohydrates like rice or bread) and/or drink coffee (2 cups) in the morning. Enlarged prostate liver. Am I right? Also, I am very concerned for the pain to persist and further problems developing. Will the pain be gone any day soon? Should I be concerned? What is the best treatment (diet, medication), if any, for this problem?
