Abdominal swelling

First day - gas pain, constipation, nausea
Second day - Vomited 9 times, constipation, nausea
Third day - Vomited once, constipation, nausea, hiccups through out the night
Fifth day - stomach swollen, at least 1.5 times the regular size, lost 9 pounds, gags on certain foods, continued hiccups and bowels or very little, no energy, no appetite
Sixth day - continued hiccups, stomach swollen MORE, contnues to gag, no appetite, painful to touch stomach.
What could this be signs of?

It could just be a virus or bacterial infection.  It could also be a whole lot of other things.  Whatever the case, you need to see a doctor.  I know it's the weekend, so can you go to an urgent care clinic?  At the very least you can get some meds for the nausea and vomiting.  As usual, push the water/ gatorade type fluids so you don't get dehydrated.  Hope you feel better soon.  :-)
