Acid Reflux, large cyst on right kidney, small cysts on right testicle

I am a male, 49 years old and have been sufferung from acid reflux for over 8 years. I have used Pepscid, Prevised, and Prilosec to treat it during this time. I also had benign tumors on my thyroid and had to have it completely removed, and I am taking medication for high blood pressure, year round allergies as well as Thyroid replacement medication and I also suffer from Sleep Apnea.
During a recent ultrasound for acid reflux to rule out gale bladder problems a large cyst on my right kidney, and small cysts on right testicle were discovered.
These tests were prompted by the fact that my current medication, Prilosec is no longer effective, and during a self exam I discovered a cyst on my right testicle.
Is it possible that all these are some how related ? Should I be concerned with the cysts recently discovered?
I have an appointment to see a G.I. Specialist on the 24th to see if surgery for my acid reflux is an option.
