Acid Reflux and Hot Flashes

This is rather long sorry...

I am a 20 year old male, about a year and a half ago just after I started a new summer job, I began feeling a sort of lump in my throat, and within a week, I began to randomly get nauseous and vomit. I also began to lose weight. My doctor diagnosed me with a reflux problem and put me on a proton pump inhibitor (Pantoloc). Within two months, my symptoms were gone.

About 6 months ago, they began again and I had a racing heat beat. Once again I was put on the Pantoloc. While the vomiting went away, the lump in my throat hasn't and my heart hasn't slowed down. About two months later, I had this very strange sort of dizzy, almost like I was coming down with the flu. For the two weeks after that I had this drunken feeling in my head. I went back to the the doctor, was diagnosed with a sinus infection, was put on a nasal spray, and the drunk feeling has since mostly gone away.

For the last 4 months however, I have begun to get hot flashes. I only get them when I come home from work. Never on the weekends. I can feel this funny spaced out feeling building up during my day at work, which then develops into a flash at the end of the day (around 6 o'clock). My shoulders, neck, inside of my thighs and face feel really warm, and my ears go bright red. Alternately some parts of my body (my hands) feel cold. These flashes used to be only occasional, but now they are more intense and almost daily. I often get headaches as well, and seem to notice more eye floaters. I have also found myself to have less of a sex drive, and occasional problems with impotence.

So far all of my blood tests are normal, and I have had Barium tests and ultrasounds to determine the problem, but so far nothing.

Any suggestions?
