Acid Reflux and Nose?/Help

I really never have bad heartburn and besides a few times where I have gurgling or some acid feelings I have been fine. I have had IBS where I burp over and over. This past week I have had some serious anxiety issues and have had a hard time sleeping and have been on edge. Yesterday, after a meal I got a lump in my throat, some bad stomach feelings and then burped alot of acid up. It felt like it was in my mouth and then I felt like my nostrils were dried out or burning. Later in the night I got another attack with some shapr pains and a ton of burping. I felt acidy but not overhwelmed. I took a tagamet and some tums. Could the reflux dry out my sinuses? Is Prilosec something that can help this hidden reflux?

Thanks. One on the way!!I'm getting a little better but last night at the baby shower I thought my body and mind was about to give out. Hopefully the stomach will heal and I can concentrate on other things. You are very supportive and I always appreciate it:)
