Acid Reflux or Bile Reflux... or something else?

Hi, I'm 29 years old and I think I have either GERD or Bile reflux. When I was born my esophagus was attached to my lungs so they had to operate right away to attach it back to my stomach. This left me with no esophageal sphincter so I was prone for GERD from the beginning. I took Proton pump inhibitors up until they did my Fundoplication and Pyloroplasty procedure when I was around 10 years old. Since then I've never had any problems up until 2 months ago.

It started with constant nausea and the reflux came about a month later. I am back on a proton pump inhibitor (ran-rabeprazole 20mg twice a day) which doesn't seem to be working at all and the one drug that was really helping the nausea (Metoclop) they took me off of it. I'm kind of a at loss now. I've had an upper Endoscopy which seemed to come back clear...

Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
