Hi, not sure if I am posting this in the right place but here goes anyway. When I wake up in the morning I have this discomfort in the middle of my abdomen just below my ribs
??). It gets worse once I have had my breakfast which is usually a wheat cereal. I have had a similar problem, but in a much worse form, before when drinking a lot of fruit juice while drinking alcohol or the morning after drinking alcohol. I think the problem is acid but I am not sure and was just wondering if there are any changes I could make to my diet to help. I have taken some antacid which relieves the problem slightly but doesn't do a great deal.
