Acid reflux and lung nodules

Has anyone had a CT scan show a nodule that was actually scarring from acid reflux.

While I haven't had that happen to me, it is not unheard of in cases of LPRD. It means the acid's getting so high it's going down to your lungs. There are exercises tha help a bit with that, though mostly it's helped by dietary changes, techniques like biofeedback, and medication.

You may want to try this: at some point during the day, when you've not eaten for a few hours and your stomach is empty, lie down on the floor. lift your head as high as you can without raising your shoulders and keep it there for 10 seconds. Do this for a couple of minutes every day. It's an exercised used to try and strengthen the upper esophageal sphinxter, which should help with the LPRD.
