After gallbladder surgery (3 wks post op) have any of you been constipated this far out? We were told diareaha cld be problem ...

.... constipation ?? ..... no pain meds at all and regular diet and best news symptom-free all around so surgery was a success and my daughter is back to normal routine and doing great with recovery but needs Miralax and small dosing on that isn't moving things along?  She sees GI on the 11th to f/u on wall thickening of the ileium on CT Scan during her hosp stay so will have expert advice, but in the meantime, what is your take on it?

I have a question. I may need gallbladder surgery. I havent gotten the results back
from my Dr yet. I'm waiting patiently. I have very bad stomach pain which goes to my
back  2wks now. He gave me a med. Tell me what you were expriencing
before your surgery and the surgery details. I'm very curious yet very jittery about it.
I'm almost 40  very over weight, w/ high blood pressure. I've considered the lap band but
my insurance will not pay. I cannot afford it!
