Air bubbles travelling up my thoart as I am going to sleep

Hi at night just before I'm about to nod off in getting air bubbles travelling up my thoart and it causes me to jump in my sleep everytime I try to go back to Sleep it happens again for hours till the point in physically drained I go asleep and it comes and goes does anyone out thier know what this could be and is they anything out thier to help me stop this and have a good nite s sleep thankyou
