Alb/Glob Ratio

by Delta802, Jun 16, 2008 08:12PM
I just had some lab work done - lipid/liver panel.  My concern is that my alb/glob ratio is 0.8.  Globulin is normal - around 4.2 and Albumin is 3.7.  What could be the reason for the abnormally low alb/glob ratio?

I too am wondering about my ALB/GLOB. Mine is 0.9, my T protein is showing low at 6.2 Should be at least 6.4. My Albumin is at 3.0 & should be at 3.1-4.6 tange.
I do have Spasmotic Torticollis AKA Gystonia. I am not sure if this has any bearing on my conditions or not. Have you ever gotten a medical answer to your question?
Thanks,
Deb
