Alcohol and gullbladder

I have recently removed my gallbladder through surgery. 1 week ago.

I have two questions;
+ When would it be safe for me to start drinking alcohol again?
+ I still feel some bloating after meals and little generalized pains is that normal?

The healing time for GB removal is about 6 weeks, so while symptoms should improve within 2, I wouldn't recommend any sort of drinking for at least 6 weeks. Also, some people end up reacting badly to alcohol after GB removal, so you'll have to watch out for that. This will depend on the type of alcohol.
