Alkaline Phosphate Deficiency

After receiving blood tests, I have discovered that my alkaline phosphate total is 19L, out of range (27-142)U/L. How may this effect my body systems, especially gastrologically and neurologically? What supplements can be taken to counteract the deficiency? Thank you!
