All-Natural and Almost All-Natural

Culturelle's probiotic pill claims that it is "all natural", supposedly, it puts bacteria into your body that your body would naturally have anyway (whatever that means?)
What chemical thing or ingredient is keeping Align from claiming itself as all-natural?

I don't know about Align, since I have never taken that one. I use a probiotic put out by Jarrow Formulas.
