All over stomach pain

For about the last five hours or so I've been having stomach pain and it's not going away. It seems to be the whole abdominal area. It started before dinner but I went ahead and ate. It seemed to get a little worse so I took some GasX, but it doesn't quite feel like that's what it is. It didn't really help, either. I tried some peppermint tea a little bit ago, but it's still there. It hurts but feels a little sick too. It's pretty steady but once in awhile I almost feel "waves". I'm pretty miserable right now and can't sleep so I thought I'd see if anyone might know what it could be or what could help.
My history: I had my appendix out several years ago and I had a mass removed from my small intestines about 10 years ago because of some constricting but I've been doing really well since then and have regular colonoscopies to watch things. My last colonoscopy was last year.
Any ideas?

Get tested for a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. S I BO. The test is called a Lactulose Breath test. SIBO produces nausea, bloating, has that feels stuck, and either constipation or diarrhea.  If you test positive for it you will need to create a major change in diet most likely to a Paleo diet free of grains and free of the most fruit and no beans. Antibiotics only help some, but most people relapse with in the first three months after antibiotics if they do not change their diet.

Still feeling nauseous and not a lot of energy. I tried today to do some light stretches and had to sit down because I had overwhelming nausea and light headedness come over me. I don't know what's wrong with me but this is getting old.

I had pain and nausea all night that didn't let up till after 2am. It was starting to worry me because it just felt different than most sicknesses or gassiness or whatever. Today I've been careful with what I'm eating. My abdomen feels tender. Just been taking it easy today. Still don't know what caused it and hoping it doesn't happen again.
