Alli-diet pill-sever stomach pain

The bottle of Alli says consult a Dr. if you experience severe stomach pain. I did and recieved a prescription for antibiotics. But I forgot to tell them I had previously been on Alli, but had stopped due to stomach/colon relatd pain. What should I be worried abot? What is the concern with this medicine and Orlistat products?
