Almost constant nausea

Regarding: Intermittant/ constant nausea for the past 3-4 years. I've had every test you can imagine- CT scan, abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds, blood tests including the gluten-intolerance one, a gastroscopy, an x-ray with barium meal. Ended up giving up finding an answer and existed on maxalon for a few years- missing way too many days of work. Anywho I am almost constantly nauseous now, usually mild, sometimes severe. i never vomit. My bowels are quite normal- no constipation, and every now and then a touch of loose bowels, but usually normal. The only thing doctors have ever found is gastritis (I have a history of mild anxiety/ stress and mild depression) , that was 2 years ago and I didn't get it treated properly as the medication made me feel sicker. I also MAY have reflux disease, though I don't get heartburn, and I do/ did have polycystic ovaries though not the PCOS disease itself- I am of normal weight, no androgen problems.

I'm getting another gastroscopy and a coloscopy in a few days time, after that I don't know what else to do.

Is it possible that my gastritis, which I have not gotten treated properly, is causing this horrible, almost constant nausea? Or am I just anxious and stressed (i don't feel that anxious). Could it be something hormonal, since i do get bad PMS and i have the polycystic ovaries?

Hoping for some suggestions of diseases i can get tested for for or other tests i can have.

Thankyou

Maybe a trial of that for a few months to see if it would help.  Have they checked you for gastroparesis?  This sometimes can cause nausea.
