I have had the same symptoms in the pas and currently. My findings is that the cause is an uninvited dinner guest.
it's called "GiardiaGiardiasis Lamblia" it is a parasite! 20% of North American get it but doctors are not accustomed to the symptoms. If you go to a third world Dr. he would prescribe a 2 pill remedy. The only drug approved for treating giardiasisGiardiasis in the U.S. is furazolidone (Furoxone) for 7-10 days.
If you are taking a "Sulfate drug" such as to relieve Arthritis, you will experience burping and nausea on occasion. Before spending a fortune on Doctors, please check your medications as "Sulfate drugs" do have the unpleasant side effects described.
Best wishes
