This brings me to the problem i've been noticing the past few days. I've been noticing that there is almost a mucus-like substanceDrug abuse when i wipe after i go to the bathroom. usually there is some blood in it.
I'm wondering if this is a normalNormal saline flush symptom of a fissure or if it is something more serious that I should be worrying about? I really want to avoid the surgery typically done for fissures (because I don't want to deal with incontinence). Is there any other treatment that can be done? I have heard of the Botox treatment, but that can cause incontinence as well.
