Anal discharge what could this be from?

Anal discharge what could this be from?

For the past two years I have had an anal discharge. Normally when I have a BM when I wipe the tissue will be coverd with a lot of clear mucus most of the time not even stool. I didn't really think that there was a problem I just thought I had a lot of lubercation when I had a bm. Also sometimes I have really bad sharp pains in my anus I could be walking and the pain hits me and I just fall down from how painfull it is and can't move untill the pains stop. I sometimes have hemrrods but I have the mucus all the time. Also today when I had a bm i noticed that the mucus looked white and it was a lot. I worried and don't know what to do. I don't engage in anal sex, and I have cancer in my family my grandmother died from breast cancer her mother dided from thorat cancer. On my fathers side my great grandmother died from cancer i can't remember what type. My grandfather has Diabettes. Those are the only medical issues in my family can someone tell me whats going on.

If you have pain that causes you to fall down, you need to see your doc and request that some testing be done. You need to find out if anything is going on internally.

I do have really bad sharp pains but they are not all the time and not regular its like they just come out of no where I don't have to be constipated or anything its just weird but when i get the pains they are terrible. What about the clear white discharge ?

C-Diff
You should get your stool checked out for C-Diff = C - difficile is a bacteria in your intestines.  It is found normally in healthy and ill people alike.  There are millions, perhaps billions of different types of bacteria in your body.  Bacteria are an important part of your health.  They help break down and digest food.  They also ward off many "bad" or foreign bacteria that you may come in contact with.  In fact, the "good" or normal bacteria on your hands can kill certain bad bacteria which you may pick up handling food or touching everyday items and fixtures.
I had the same problem and after 3 yrs of living with this they finally found it. I am 100% cured from the antibiotics but I have to say I had my stool checked out 3 yrs ago and they found nothing you might want to do a few of them. Trust me I tried everything more fiber, no coffee, no spicy foods, vegetarian for 3 weeks, less meat, no dairy, no sugarfree gum, etc but now I am cured.
