Can anyone help. Ive been having a problem since arriving in london.(i think it may be the water)i've been bleeding around the anus and have been to a doctor who say's there is a slight cut and anusol will fix.since then after i go to the loo i get very itchy and some brow fluid comes out.it looks like old blood from internal.is threr anything that i can take or do to stop this happening?

Your doctor was right in recommending anusol. It promotes healing of the cut and helps with the discomfort. The cut is in a place where it is hard to heal. Bowel movements can irritate it. Increase your fiber intake.
