: I have been diagnosed with Paradoxical Puborectalis / Anismus and was told that
biofeedback was the only treatment. I have been through 12 sessions without any type of change in my BM. I have heard about a new treatment involving injections of Botulim type A. Any info on this would be great. Also I would like to hear from any other people who have been diagnosed with Anismus / PP.
