Three years ago I underwent a sphyncterotomy after many painfulPainful menstrual periods years of having numerous fissuresAnal fissure. It had come to a point where I would have many fissuresAnal fissure at once and would cry everyime I went to the bathroom. The past 3 years I have done great and have not had any fissuresAnal fissure, but now I seem to have gotten one again. I have gained and lost 45 lbs since I got the surgery and I dont know if the weight loss could have triggered the problem again, I dont have any rough stools and my diet is better than ever. Is it possible to get another sphyncterotomy after already getting one before? Is there another permanent solution for fissuresAnal fissure? I have had fissuresAnal fissure since I was a kid, I just dont want to be in pain anymore. Thanks in advance.
