Another mushy stool question

Hi,
Sorry for the repetitiveness of this question but I haven't seen one that is similar to myself.
I'm a healthy, 28 year female - 155lbs, 5'10ish.  VERY active...(haha, more prone to overuse injuries than anything!), good heart rate, etc etc.
I've found I've generally had looser BMs over the years, but lately - 6weeks or so? - they've STAYED quite loose.  I know it's common for women to have looser movements when mother nature visits but then they've gone back to normal.  Mine have continued to be mushy.
Colour looks normal, varying shades of brown, but it's loose.  Not quite diarrhea loose or urgent.  I'm at a loss as I haven't had any changes to diet, stress level, I don't take medications.
I drink plenty of water (urinate about once/hr and it's a very light yellow...sometimes no colour...).  Diet is pretty healthy but that is subjective, obviously...I definitely get my fruit & veggie intake of 10 servings and only have whole wheat stuff in my house (but by no means am saying that I'm immune to beer & wings).
Most symptoms I've seen include some kind of discolouration or pain/cramping of which I have none.
I haven't cut out dairy or wheat at all but have paid attention to my food and some days have more dairy/wheat than others and haven't noticed a difference.

Ideas?

I know I've counted before for when I have donea 24 hour urine test- I get quite a bit of fluid intake... you might want to try documenting, including if you have milk on your cereal, soup- all sources of liquid and see how many cups you come up with?

Too much water, eh?  I wonder...I'm not sure how 'much' I actually drink but quite a bit, I know that.  Very conscious of ensuring I do drink a lot of water.

And, yes, Yeah for Runner's Trots!! LOL!

Your urine sounds very dilute- you might ask the doctor to do a 24 hour urine test for sodium level- also how is your kidney function- have they tested that lately?

Re: your stools- you're eating lots of fiber, you're drinking lots of water... well, fiber is supposed to help form bulk (at least psyllium kind is) and can a lot of fiber even make stool float.  How much water are you drinking a day?  If too much for your body, that might be contributing to the mushiness.  Also being VERY active can really get your bowels moving more.
