Anxiety/acid reflux?

I have postpartum depression just o my 7th day of taking celexa.I have been having a ton of belching and trapped air feeling,hard lumpy feeling in throat/chest.Belching helps for a bit.Doctor said it's probably acid reflux & to try & watch what I eat until my stress subsides or when I see him on Oct.5th we'll see how I am I guess.Any ways I was wondering in the time being does rolaids soft chews with gas relief help or is there any other over the counter ant- acid that's better?
