Any solution for Poisonous burps

I faint when I burp and it's making my life hell. Everyday when I wake up my stomach is flat but by the end of day there is so much air. The other day I woke up n drank a glass of water next thing I know I was on floor. It only n only happens when I burp. Doctors can't figure out what is wrong. All tests are clear no food allergy. I am 38 active not taking any medicine eat healthy. It's like a bomb. Anyone that can guide or direct or had the same problem please help

Do you drink alcohol?  If you do, does that seem to make it more intense?  Has your doctor looked into ulcers at all?
