If this was not a Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy, it may be possible to convert it to a Roux-en-Y which may be of some help. However, it's only something that can be evaluated by very specialized surgeons.
If your gastrojejunostomy was connected to the posterior wall of the stomach and the pylorus was removed, it may be that your stomach is emptying to the stoma that was created.
But again, you need to consult with a specialist to check out your options.
