I have ulcers and arthritis a year ago docor stopped prescribing
anti inflamatories because of my ulcer condition.
Now my legs, mostly my knees have a great deal of pain, so much so it makes it almost impossible to walk.
what are some anti imflamatory medications that are not so rough
on my ulcers that are also not very expensive that I could use.

Use a cleansing diet like Anti- Vata diet from Ayurveda (http://www.kronon-offshore.com/Health-en/ayurveda/vata.htm).

Homeopathic remedies for these problems are many, like Rhus tox 30C, but they can be effective onlt by supervision of a licensed homeopath. Try to find one in your area, if yiu fail- write me a letter, we practive telemedicine and I can take over your case.

There are also some verygood naturopathic remedies for your case, like devil's claw, yucca, also cherries, cherry juice, cod liver oil, vitamin B6, citrus/cyder vinigar may cause the pain but help dissolve harmful deposits.
