Aspirin overdose

Hi, I am a 28 year old male and had a question about Aspirin overdose. About two years ago I had too much to drink and swallowed about 75 325mg Aspirin and 10 or so sudafed capsules. The next morning I had ringing in my ears, dizziness, racing heart and stomach pain and lower back pain. This subsided over 4 days and on th 5th day I started getting a tight pain in my lower back and couldn't go to the bathroom for a day or two, finally I went and had pencil thin yellow stools, I decided to go to the hospital at this point because I thought maybe my kidneys were failing. The doctor did some blood tests and told me I was fine (I don't know what tests he did but am going to find out this week) I have had a CBC and urine test done recently and was told I was fine. I know there are other tests to take for kidney and liver function but my insurance just ran out and since the doctors told me I was fine I wasn't too concerned about it. For about a year or two I have been having varying loose, thin, dark, light colored stools but overall felt healthy. Recently I have been getting dark circles under my eyes, rashes on my thighs, a weak feeling and dry mouth and a cough, sciatica type pain and frequent sometimes foamy urination. This is all worse in the mornings and seems to subside a little through the day. The burning lower back pain and constant gas are the two symptoms that have been consistent. I know I need to go back to the doctor but like I said have no insurance at the moment. Does anyone know if this could be related to kidney, liver or something else. I also have ulcer like pains and was wondering if maybe I damaged my intestines or something similar? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
