Autoimmune Hep,HepC,Cirrohisis

Hi,
I am first time posting here.This is my effort to seek advice and views of international community here going through similar problem as faced by my mother.After consulting so many doctors and frequent visit to doctors from last five years no one could able to stop deterioration of my mother's liver which when we started looked like not major issue but because of bad luck or failure of medical science we land up in the position where liver is now damaged like 90%

Doctor left her on fate as no clear direction from anywhere and our hope is getting diminishing as the time slowly taking us towards darkness and all our resources to light up the path getting failed against pitch darkness.

But i do have still hope for my mother as miracle also happens in this world.My mother has got following problems

Chest problems (Breathlessness, Chest Congestion etc..) and frequent fever since 2005
Autoimmune Hepatitis diagnosed in Aug 2006
Treated for Herpes in Yr 2006 as well
Treated for AniFugus (AmbiSome 2gram) in Mar 2008
Treated for Pneumonia in Mar’08
Hepatitis C diagnosed in July 2008 (suspected from blood transfusion in Feb-Mar’08 treatment)
Gall Bladder removal in Dec 2008
Currently Having (along with autoimmune Hep,Hep-C,Lungs problem  )

Lost weight almost 8 kg from Feb’09 to July’09
Treated for swelling in Air passage (lungs related)-with Magnex iv
Liver Cirrhosis,
slight jaundice,
upper abdomen severe pain after having pain,
problems in digestion,
Fluid in Liver,
Joint pain
breathlessness because of heavy Stomach
Unpredictable health condition

Now she is too week to take injection for Hep C and  Doc is advising her Liver transplant but looking at physical condition i do not think Liver transplant is good option and top of that HCV woudl still remain even after transplant
Lots of people talking about stem cell therapy?Is it hope for us?
