B12 defiency

I have just been to my doctor and have been told my B12 is very low (76)I am not anaemic which is apparently not usual. My intrinsic factor is also normal. I have been given B12 to take for 2 weeks.
Can B12 loss cause indegestion, bloating etc? I have had indegestion for a month. In also have a sore tounge / mouth and tingling eyelids. How long does B12 defiency take to get 76? My concern is Have I got stomach cancer as well? Age 49 - good diet, no smoking and light drinker
