Back and Shoulder Pain after Lap Nissen Fundoplication

by Kent2008, Oct 05, 2009 07:15PM
It's been 3 1/2 months since my lap Nissen redo.  The first one eliminated heartburn and Barrett's esophagus but the wrap slipped.  So back in June, I had a redo.  Everything went fine except I have some left chest pain and left upper back pain.   Can someone tell me what's going on?  When will it resolve?

This discussion is related to back pain after laparoscopic nissen fundoplication.
