Bad Abdomen Pains

im 22 m i have a history of gastritis im on nexium 40mg a day..yesterday i started feeling these really bad pains in my stomach my lower abdomen area,its worse when i walk and when my stomach expands for any reason like breathing in or anything that requires my stomach to expand..i was thinking really bad trapped gas..but ive tried severeal things gas x for 2 days,peppermint tea..i dont know what else to do..any other ideas on what to do or what else this could possibly be?

If it's gas you may want to try fennel tea. Lay on your stomach for 15-20minutes with a warm pad and pillow to help expell the gas.  Also chamomile tea is supposed to be a good soothing tea for gas and digestive issues.  You can also  try Phazyme with is not a drug so it will not interact with other meds but helps to break down gas bubbles so you can pass the gass.  Hope all my ideas help.  Good Luck!
