Bad Foul Smelling Gas for 2.5 Months

Hi!  I need some ideas.  I've been having off and on for 2.5 months extremely bad foul smelling gas.  I haven't gone to the doctor yet for this.    I have IBS but I've NEVER experienced anything like this.  Here is what all I've tried to get rid of it:

1. Probiotics  (been on them for 1.5 month)
2. Cleaned out my colon
3. Watching what I eat
4. Gas meds
5. Exercise

(none of these help)

One reason I haven't gone to doc is I expect them to probably order a colonoscopy.  I am trying to hold off until I get on a better insurance plan in a couple more months.

I've had a upper GI last fall due to heartburn.  Here are my other conditions.. not sure if they are related:
1.  OCD
2. Acne
3. Hashimotos (not being treated yet as my hormone levels are still normal)
4. IBS (use Questran every day to keep from having diaarea all the time .. been on this for 10 years)
5. Allergies
6.  Heartburn
7.  High Triglycerides
8.  Gall bladder was removed almost 10 years ago.
9.  High blood pressure
10.  Migraines

My stomach tends to ache alot.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend trying to eliminate different foods to see if this could be caused by a certain food you are eating.  I would first recommend eliminating 100% of all lactose for 2 weeks to see if that helps.
