Bad Wind, please help

Hi, I am 20 yrs old male and for the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing strange stomach symptoms. I had been under some stress lately, and one day I had a hot flush and some diarrhoea. A week later I had a panic attack and more hot flushes, and bad diarrhoea and the next day I felt bloated and not hungry and I was in a mess. I now feel better and have now got my appetite back and the diarrhoea has stopped (although my stools are still slightly softer than usual) but i'm still gassy and i'm passing wind and burping a lot. I still also feel very slightly bloated and at times my stomach feels slightly tight. What is wrong with me? I am in no pain or anything like that, it's just frustrating. Thank you

Stress will also cause all that you describe happening. You would be amazed what stress will do to the human body.

Sounds like you may have picked up a stomach virus or even gotten hold of some bad food. Or it could be something as simple as an allergic reaction to something you ate. If it continues you may want to get checked out for things like irritable bowel syndrome, which by nature flares, calms down, flares. Or you could be lactose intolerent. Watch what you eat and make a note when you have symptoms, keep a log and see if a pattern does not emerge. If not probably bad food. Just my guess. However like I said, if you are concerned, visit a gastro guy.
